In Ontario, court transcripts must now be ordered through an Authorized Court Transcriptionist (ACT). ACTs must complete qualification training and testing and obtain a contractor security clearance.
At Ontario Transcription, we are professional and experienced ACTs, dedicated to providing excellent transcripts in a timely manner.
Transcript pricing is regulated in Ontario by the Administration of Justice Act.
There are no additional charges for an electronic copy of the transcript, requested at the time of the original order. If an electronic copy is requested at a later time, it will be $25.
Additional certified copies of a transcript will be $0.80 per page.
All orders must equate to a minimum of $25. Anything greater will be in accordance with the above pricing list.
